Website information
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate, but it is for general guidance only and does not form a contract. Prices, availability and arrival times are confirmed when we agree a job with you.
Quotes and work
We give a written price before any work starts. Work is carried out by our engineers following the written quote you accept. Emergency and out-of-hours call-outs may be charged at out-of-hours rates, which we will tell you before attending.
6-month workmanship guarantee
We guarantee the workmanship of our plumbing and locksmith repairs for 6 months from the date the work is completed. If a fault is caused by our workmanship during that period, we will put it right at no extra labour charge. The guarantee covers our work only. It does not cover parts or materials, which carry any manufacturer’s warranty instead, and it does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, alterations by someone else, or an unrelated fault elsewhere in the system. Access and safety
You must give our engineers safe access to the property and tell us about any known hazards. We may decline or stop work where it is unsafe or unlawful to continue.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website’s general information.
