What does a plumber cost in London?
Price guides put London plumbers at around £75 to £95 an hour, with emergency call-outs of roughly £90 to £120 (MyJobQuote, 2026). Small jobs like a tap washer cost less. We give you a written quote for your job before we start, so you know the full price first.
Can I get a same-day plumber in London?
Often, yes. We take calls from 8am to 5pm every day and emergency calls out of hours. For leaks and bursts we aim to come the same day. For non-urgent repairs we offer the earliest slot that suits you and confirm the time when you call.
What plumbing services do you cover?

How do you price plumbing work?
We look at the fault first, then give you a written quote that sets out the work, the parts and the cost. Nothing starts until you approve it. We do not add hidden congestion, parking or travel surcharges, and we explain any out-of-hours rate before an emergency visit.
Is your plumbing work guaranteed?
Yes. Our workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee, and we test every repair before we leave. If the same fault comes back because of our work during that time, we return and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on any parts we fit stay separate.
Do you work for landlords and businesses?
Yes. We repair plumbing in rented homes, HMOs and blocks, working around tenant access and sending written job notes. For offices, shops and restaurants we plan work around trading hours wherever possible, so your washrooms and kitchens stay in use.
